Bai Dinh is also famous for its record-breaking works, such as the three statues of Buddha in the past, present and future weighing 50 tons per statue in Tam The temple, a Buddha statue weighing 100 tons in Phap Chu temple and two bells weighing 36 tons and 27 tons. The pagoda, which is only five kilometers away from two popular tourism destinations of co do Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010 and the Trang An cave area, could become the center for tourism of Ninh Binh Province when it is completed



Morning:
8:30 am: Leave Emeralda Ninh Binh for Trang An eco-tourism Complex.
9:00 am: Take a rowing boat to discover the marvelous eco-tourism complex where a system of unique grottoes like Ba Giot, Dia Linh, Toi (Dark cave), Sang (Bright cave), Ao Trai cave, Seo cave, etc., makes this place mysterious and attractive.
12:00 am: Have lunch at restaurant.
Afternoon:
13:30 pm: Departure to Bai Dinh pagoda where has received the Great statue of the Buddha Sakyamuni made of bronze and weighs 100-tons, three bronze statues Tam The (50 tons each), two huge bronze bells, etc.
16:00 pm: Drive to Hoa Lu temple – The ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century. Enjoying the 11th & 17th century architecture style, old sculpture – carving on wood & stone depicting the daily lives, dreams and wishes for peace, good life.
